Payment

To complete all pre-paid all online orders, including the Wholesale Club membership fee, we use a re-direct to a secure Commonwealth Bank payment gateway. Some browsers or operating systems may attempt to block this re-direct; if you encounter problems at the final stage of checkout, please try a different browser or device, if available.

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments for orders placed via leffler.com.au, while PayPal and bank transfer payment options are available for email or phone orders. 

If you order leather, we will do our best to supply a piece as close to the desired size as possible. If we supply a smaller piece than paid for, we will issue a refund to the Visa / Mastercard used at checkout. We will also offer a part, or full, refund in the rare case we are unable to supply an ordered item. This should happen within 24 hours of the order leaving our warehouse, however with some banks a refund can take up to 10 days to be reflected in your card statement.

Shipping

Leather will usually be shipped rolled. If you have a preference for your leather being rolled grain or flesh out, please let us know in the Special Instructions field at checkout.

Australia-wide shipping is free for all orders over $200 or over $100 if ordered online. We will provide you a quotation for international or express shipping. If additional shipping is to be charged, we will send a PayPal payment request, or call for payment.

We will ship to the address provided, so please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

We provide shipment tracking via email using the MachShip freight portal. You will receive an email the moment the goods are despatched.

If we are unable to ship your entire order within 5 business days, we will contact you by email or phone.

Orders may be sent in multiple shipments, and may be shipped from either our Victoria or Queensland warehouses.

We ship using various carriers, based on the size of the parcel and your address. If you have a preference for a particular carrier (for example Australia Post), please let us know in the Special Instructions field at checkout.

Once shipped, orders for Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide metro areas may arrive overnight, however we are unable to guarantee delivery time. Deliveries to other capital cities and major regional centres will usually arrive within a week, while more remote areas can take longer.
